Onebill customers can now take advantage of our newly improved Online Account service. Via secure access from our website, this facility allows you to:
- View your last 3 months bills, and remove the need to have paper bills,
- Monitor all calls made each month and their cost including long calls to mobiles, Premium Rate Numbers etc,
- Order additional Select Services such as CallGuard or Caller Display,
- Set Email Alerts to notify you of any unauthorised calls e.g Rogue Internet Diallers etc.
This fast and easy-to-use management tool puts you in full control of your telephone usage and means you can contact Onebill at the click of the button. Had enough of unwanted sales calls? Did you know it's now unlawful for an organisation to contact anyone who has indicated they do not wish to receive them?
We know your time is valuable and appreciate that a large majority of our customers find these calls a nuisance. That's why we have introduced our new CallGuard service. Registration is entirely FREE and does not affect your telephone service in any way. If you are a customer of Onebill and would like us to prevent such calls from reaching you in future, then contact Customer Services on phone or alternatively e-mail us.
If you are an Online Account customer, then you simply need to click on the 'Contact Us' section and state that you wish to register for CallGuard. We'll take care of the rest.
