Your transfer to OneBill is seamless with no need to change your number and no reduction in call quality. In most cases we will arrange for the transfer to be completed on a like-for-like basis, meaning any additional Select Services such as Call Diversion or Answer 1571 will be maintained upon transfer through OneBill.
